The Good:
I only bothered to watch this film because it starred two of my personal favorite C to D list actors in Eric Roberts and Nia Peeples and both actors performed well above and beyond what this film deserved.
Roberts was is usual quirky cool self as what I assume was supposed to be Death while Peeples conveyed more in her character’s wardrobe and physicality than I am sure the script asked of her.

The Bad:
Aside from Roberts and Peeples the acting in this movie was junior high theater levels of mediocre.

The Ugly
I get that this was a low budget affair but this movie looked like it cost less to make than a backyard wrestling video.

Final Verdict: A cheap looking, mostly badly acted, muddily written bit of B-movie fluff that strives for a seriousness that no one involved seemed capable of achieving aside from Eric Roberts and Nia Peeples.
Grade: D-
