There are stern fathers and then there are cold, authoritarian, self-esteem crushing fathers like one Lord Tywin Lannister from GAME OF THRONES. The patriarch of the Lannister clan is the anti-Cliff Huxtable. He rarely has a kind word for any of his kids and on the off chance that he does compliment them it is usually immediately followed by him cutting them down especially poor Tyrion who he routinely refers to as a “stump”.
