I was pretty much sold on this film when I first heard about it based on it being written and directed by Seth McFarlane. He may have his detractors and I know it has become the in thing to bash him and his shows but I find the guy to be absolutely hilarious and while FAMILY GUY is hit and miss lately, AMERICAN DAD is one of the funniest shows on TV today. And who knew Marky Mark could pull off doofus so well?
Two things that stand out about this trailer is that at times Ted sounds like a combo of Peter Griffin and Brian and this movie reminds me a lot of the under appreciated FX series WILFRED (if you haven’t seen it check it out).
