Yay! More Hobbitses! We get a bunch of stuff in this trailer for the sequel to THE HOBBIT: motion capture Crixus (Manu Bennett is the “actor” behind the Orc leader Azog), grumpy Legolas, Kate from Lost as a bad-ass Lady Elf, Gandalf getting physical, the bad guy from FAST & FURIOUS 6 and pretty much just all out action.
I do think that dragon CGI at the end looked like ass but hopefully Peter Jackson will notice it too and make the appropriate post-production changes to give us a better looking Smaug before this movie is released.
I am a wee bit bummed that Jackson didn’t find some way to shoehorn more Gollum into this production.

Smaug looks one-dimensional. Haven’t seen the first and will probably wait for the final film before watching any of them at all.

You’d think with the budget they have that Smaug would look more impressive than something you would see on an episode of Xena Warrior Princess.

He looks like a paper cut-out. Keanu Reeves has more dimension than that atrocity.
