I can’t say I’m surprised at how terrible this looks. Apparently not one person on the design team of Amazing Spider-Man thought the Lizard looked anything like a stupid Goomba from the awful Super Mario Bros movie, so why wouldn’t they butcher Electro with this horrific look?

I wasn’t expecting Electro to look like this and I would be lying if I didn’t prefer that they put Foxx in some sort of conatinment suit to harness his powers that used the classic Electro costume color scheme but I am going to stay cautiously optomistic that the final product will look a lot better than it does in these photos.
And great point about The Lizard…I had the exact same thought in the movie theater while watching Amazing Spiderman.

I mean, it kind of HAS TO BE better, right?!? Sometimes I like to think that studios leak these photos intentionally to see the reaction and give them a chance to make serious edits if need be, but that gives them way too much credit.
