DC Comics has announced a new ongoing series as part of the Justice league line of books with this new title being set in the far flung future of the year 3000.
The selling point of JUSTICE LEAGUE 3000 for me is the creative team. This book is going to be handled by the fan favorite crew behind the old JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL books in the 80s…JM DeMatteis, Keith Giffen and Kevin Maguire! The other thing that has me intrigued are the character reveals of future versions of Superman (looking like Morrisey!), Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Flash (he’s a redhead…could it be Wally West finally making an appearance in the DCU?).
I do wonder what this means for the LEGION OF SUPERHEROES since their adventures are set in the same time period as this book.
