I bet there would have been a lot less undermining of Cobra Commander‘s authority if this week’s entry into the annals of Rule 63 Cosplay had been in charge of G.I.Joe’s enemy organization.

I think it’s pretty cool how she did a nice mash-up of the hood and helmet looks that Cobra Commander is knwon for with the long blue hair and modified face mask.
