Harley – TEEN WOLF
Harley? Who the hell is Harley? I am sure that is the question watchers of TEEN WOLF are asking. Well Harley was a character introduced in the pilot (and appearing in several episodes afterwards) who was a good friend of Scott and Stiles. She was almost like a third Musketeer for Scott and Stiles when they were just two social outcasts who hadn’t become yet become embroiled in world of werewolf bites and ancient Japanese trickster demons. And then she was just gone as if she never existed which is sad because the idea of a platonic female friend for Stiles and Scott would have been a goldmine of story potential plus it would have helped this show’s cred when it came to person’s of color because TEEN WOLF was doing pretty bad especially when those POCs were black. As it stands the black characters have been underdeveloped ciphers or Magical Negros. Not a good batting average at all. And she also could have been the last normal person left in the group of friends who have now become monster hunters and banshees among other things.

Like Tracy in Coronation Street who vanish to her room to listen to ‘tapes’ a child and emerged years later a teenageer\woman.

A similar thing sort of happened on US soap opera All My Children where Bobby Martin went upstairs to get his skis and was never heard from again.
