Whatever Happened To…The Kids From Space Cases?

Does Anyone remember the 90s teen science fiction show SPACE CASES? I can’t be the only one who has fond memories of it can I? My memories are so fond that I found myself wondering whatever happened to the kids from the show. My online investigative work can be found after the jump.

SPACE CASES was a Canadian produced science fiction show that aired on Nickelodeon for two seasons in 1995 and 1996. The show was the brain child of LOST IN SPACE star Bill Mumy and prolific comic book writer and novelist Peter David. The premise of the show was about a group of misfit students from different planets who (along with their two instructors and helper robot) became stranded far away from home aboard an alien space ship. Sort of like STAR TREK: VOYAGER for teens. It was a really cool show that made the most out of it’s limited budget and neophyte cast to create a pretty expansive universe and some smart and fun stories in it’s two year life span. I would be thrilled beyond words if someone would actually get a reboot on the air.

I’m glad someone else enjoyed this show. Whenever I talk about the old Nick shows, I feel like I’m the only one that remembers this one. Totally loved Radu! And this show introduced me to the world of fanfiction.

      YOu are not alone!
But I do understand the feeling. I get a lot of blank stares when I bring the show up too.
