THE PYRAMID is the directing debut of writer Grégory Levasseur (THE HILLS HAVE EYES, MANIAC, HIGH TENSION) and from the looks of this trailer it just might be a rip roaring first attempt. Sure, it’s yet another found footage style horror movie but the thing that makes this different from the other movies of that ilk is that THE PYRAMID doesn’t feature any ghosts or satanic possessions. Instead THE PYRAMID gives us a good old fashioned monster that has been locked away for a loooong time and now is on the hunt for the unlucky souls who have stumbled into his abode.
