Benedict Cumberbatch as The Martian Manhunter

I have always thought that there was something alien about the way Cumberbatch plays so many of his roles. it is like he is otherworldly even when playing someone who is completely human. So when thinking of who he would be perfect to play it was a no-brainer to decide on J’onn J’onnz the Martian Manhunter. Slap some green body paint on him and a bald cap and presto chango! We got ourselves a heroic martian. Plus Cumberbatch has one of the most distinctive and character filled voices in all of Hollywood and that special tone of authority that he is capable of would be perfect for J’onn.
