4. The Gathering

This two-part story centered on Oberon calling all of his children home to Avalon and not all of them are too keen at the idea of giving up their lives in the world of humans. This leads to Oberon demanding that Xanatos and Fox hand over their newborn son since the child has the spark of Avalon magic in him (Fox being Oberon’s wife, Titania’s daughter and all). The battle between Xanatos, the Manhattan Gargoyles and several more unlikely allies vs Oberon was some of the coolest cartoon action I have ever seen.
