This week’s Rule 63 cosplay is of the time-traveling Doctor from DOCTOR WHO. It is actually the 10th Doctor (portrayed by David Tennant) to be exact. This makes the Doctor/Rose relationship take on a whole new dynamic.
Hellboy is not a character that I would immediately think of when it comes to regular cosplay let alone Rule 63 cosplay just because it requires a lot of make-up and the inclusion of several different fabricated parts. its just a bit of a difficult costume to re-create. But the young lady in this week’s Rule 63 did a bang up job. Take a look at her achievement after the jump.

That quote when delivered by Victor Von Doom comes off as the ominous proclamations of a megalomaniac but if those words were spoken by the young lady that is the subject of this week’s bit of Rule 63 cosplay I would wager that more than a few people would gladly bend the knee and vow allegiance to Doom.

If Bane looked anything like the young lady who decided to cosplay as him then I think Batman would have tossed both Catwoman and Talia overboard and spent the occupation of Gotham City with Bane.
I am a huge nerd for the duo of Blue Beetle and Booster Gold and I still pour some of my 40 oz malt liquor out in remembrance of Ted Kord’s untimely demise. So imagine my surprise when I came across these pics of two lovely ladies (with great taste in super-heroes) cosplaying as the best twosome to ever be a part of the Justice League.
This Rule 63 Two-Face is a pretty cool make-up and wardrobe combo. This cosplayer somehow gets all the gruesomeness that you expect from the deranged Batman villain while still keeping it sexy.
