3. Bruce Campbell from MY NAME IS BRUCE

Campbell plays himself in MY NAME IS BRUCE as a completely egotistical asshole with delusions of grandeur. He is dragged to a small hick town by a fan of his who has unwittingly unleashed a Chinese Death God in the hopes that the heroic Bruce Campbell from the movies can save the day. Of course the “reel” Campbell is a major disappointment to everyone involved. MY NAME IS BRUCE is a seriously underrated little horror/comedy and Campbell as a distorted version of himself is really funny and shows that he doesn’t take himself too seriously.
