The Good:

Thanks for that, Dean Wormer.

The Bad:
Where to start? Pretty much everything about this movie was bad. The acting, direction, the script, the casting, the make-up…it is just a colossal pile of shit. The only decent thing about the movie was the distinctive mask the killer wears and the idiots behind this movie decided that putting what looks like a stocking over it was a good idea. So lame.

The Ugly
How the hell did good actors like Keith David and Roger Bart get roped into appearing in this misbegotten pile of crap? I say it had to either be the fulfillment of a deathbed wish or blackmail.

Final Verdict: A horribly inept attempt at moviemaking that doesn’t realize just how stupid it is but instead is smugly presented as some sort of relevant commentary on a certain group of online denizens who shall not be named for fear that they will do horrible things to my credit rating. I probably lost more brain cells watching Smiley than I would have lost if I spent those 90 minutes huffing spray paint. This dreck is the celluloid equivalent of a troll on an online message board.
