This new trailer for Guillermo Del Toro’s PACIFIC RIM gives us a truckload of giant robot vs giant monster action. We also get a nifty little voice over that explains the world of the movie and the events that led to world governments creating a bunch of Voltron’s to do battle with the supporting monsters from every Godzilla movie ever made.
Now I am already on record as being super hyped for this movie but my need to see levels jumped up a few notches with the scenes of one of the robots using big ass ships as baseball bats to beat all upside monster domes. That is the type of stuff that nerdy dreams are made of.

I am sooo looking forward to this movie. Robots against Giant Monsters – it will surely be better than the last movie that featured this… Godzilla vs. Megalon. The Robots are much more advanced since Jet Jaguar, lol!
