I Thought Ana Lucia Was Awesome

I was a huge fan of the Tailies and preferred them as a group over the castaways that we spent the majority of the time watching (except for Jack, Locke, Sayid, Jin and Hurley who I all liked but the rest I could take or leave). I enjoyed watching the harder road that the Tailies had to go through and I liked Ana Lucia as the group’s leader. Sure she was unpleasant, distrusting and temperamental but considering what she and her people had been through I couldn’t blame her being a tad bit bitchy when dealing with new people. She was a shitload more entertaining to me than many of the ladies from the front of the plane, was much easier to stomach than Kate and worst of all the show missed out on some potential fireworks by killing her off because I could have seen her leading a very successful mutiny against Jack’s leadership while at the same time providing an unstable wild card to the war with the Others since she was more of a shoot first ask questions later type than anyone else on the castaways side.
