PG-13? Are they for real with this? How the hell do you remake ROBOCOP as a PG-13 movie? If it is not rated R then it is safe to assume that all of the teeth from the 1987 original have been removed from this remake. Did the people behind this movie not see how disastrous the TOTAL RECALL remake was by trying to make a hard R-rated film into a limp PG-13?
With that being said I am pretty impressed by the cast assembled for this film (Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, Gary Oldman, Jackie Earl Haley, Joel Kinnaman) and I was impressed with director José Padilha’s work on the ELITE SQUAD movies so maybe my concerns will ultimately be unfounded.
Plus it is always a good thing to have another movie where Samuel L. Jackson rocks a preposterous wig.
