4. Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio), THE KARATE KID

Johnny Lawrence and the rest of the Cobra Kai dojo may have been a bunch of rage-aholic creeps with serious emotional issues but if you really look at the events of the first KARATE KID movie you come away with undeniable truth: Daniel brought all of the bad things that happened onto himself.
Sure Johnny was a borderline abusive dick to Ali but Daniel constantly felt the need to poke the bear and then acted shocked when he got mauled. Here is a tip for avoiding conflict when entering a new high school…don’t go after the girlfriend of the roided up meathead with the gang of well trained martial arts henchman.
