Reason #5 That It Rocks: That Ending
There is no more wacked out ending in any horror movie ever. I won’t spoil it for anyone who wants to see this flick but for those who like to be spoiled then GO HERE to see how the movie ends. I won’t give details but take my word for it that you will definitely react just like this after clicking that link:
The ending just reinforces the overall weirdness of SLEEPAWAY CAMP and it is that kookiness that makes the movie equal parts ridiculous and awesome.

He may be the owner of a summer camp for kids but despite that he sucked at his job considering that he spent most of his time hitting on one of the counselors (i.e. Meg) and doesn’t try to shut the camp down when the murders take effect. Add to the fact that he accuses Ricky for being the camp killer despite not having any evidence or proof makes him even more unlikable even by the movie’s standards.
