Claudia Black (Aeryn Sun)

Aeryn Sun was a Peacekeeper officer who made the bad decision to defend wayward Earth astronaut John Crichton against direct orders from her commanding officer. This disobedience branded Aeryn a traitor and forced her to go on the run with Crichton and a group of Peacekeeper prisoners aboard the Leviathan ship Moya. Aeryn had many adventured with Moya’s crew and eventually she and Crichton fell in love.
How Things Ended: After the Peacekeeper Wars, Aeryn married Crichton and gave birth to their son who they named D’Argo. The happy family then made the decision to travel the universe now that peace had finally been brokered.

What Is She Up To Now?

Claudia Black followed up her time on FARSCAPE with a recurring role on STARGATE: SG1 as galactic thief Vala. the character proved popular enough that Black was made a full cast member which reunited her with her FARSCAPE co-star Ben Browder. After STARGATE: SG1 ended, Black began making the rounds with guest appearances on many TV series ranging from shows as varied as NCIS, 90210 and HAVEN. She also has done a lot of voice-over work for video games like the MASS EFFECT franchise and cartoons like JUSTICE LEAGUE: DOOM (where she voiced Wonder Woman enemy The Cheetah).
