Hell’s bells that is a damn fine trailer! I have been eager for this new Flash show ever since it was announced that the character would be appearing on ARROW and I would have been front and center watching it even if it loked completely underwhelming since I hate watched my way through 10 whole insufferable seasons of SMALLVILLE. But thankfully it looks like I will enjoy watching this show because it looks amazing.

The super-speed effect looks, great, the costume looks pretty spiffy in motion and all of the characters seem to work well with one another. Plus we get a ton of comic book Easter eggs like Ferris Air being mentioned, Vibe being one of The Flash’s sidekicks, the Weather Wizard as the first villain and a flashback that shows a very familiar yellow and red blur murdering Barry Allen’s mom. And original TV Flash John Wesley Shipp is even in the show as the current Flash’s father!
This fall will be a really good time to be a comic book fan who owns a TV with all of the shows based on comics properties that will be on the air.
