Red Is Like Yosemite Sam Come To Life
Red is a self-proclaimed backwoods hillbilly who is proud of his toothlessness and is on the show to prove to them city folk that hillbillies can be smart too. He also has a bit of a temper on him especially when it comes to folks not listening to his opinion on whether it is cool to eat a chicken that died under strange circumstances.
And yes, in the midst of that indecipherable watery tirade Mr. Red did mention that the other pioneers had been drinking his Tang. That astronaut approved soft drink was one of the luxury items that Red decided he couldn’t go a year without.

Get into it while you can because the ratings have been terrible and I doubt it gets that full year run Fox has been anticipating.
