Synopsis: A young, devout woman discovers that she was accidentally artificially inseminated.

Why Is It Doomed?
From everything I have read JANE THE VIRGIN is supposed to be a really good show with an interesting premise, a very endearing lead actress, some charming writing and it caters to a much under-served audience. But being good doesn’t mean a show will have a long life and I just think a lot of things are not going to work in this show’s favor. For one it’s lead-in is SUPERNATURAL and a show about two demon hunting brothers where angels are routinely shown to be dicks and God has gone AWOL does not seem like the best show to pair with a sweet little show that has deep religious undertones and a decidedly pro-life message. I think that little bit of bad scheduling is going to hurt JANE THE VIRGIN a lot.
