Donna Meagle is a boss…or to put it in her vernacular: “A Bawse!” and exactly why she was wasting so many years working at the Pawnee Parks Department instead of wheeling and dealing in some job that would make her insane amounts of money is a mystery to me. But that is Donna; she is a mystery wrapped in an enigma. She is the object of affection for South American lotharios, she is Ginuwine’s cousin, she loves her Mercedes M-Class SUV and live-tweeting almost everything but loathes her brother Lavondrius. And she created her own holiday, “Treat Yo Self Day”. She is definitely a Renaissance woman.
