Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson), EMPIRE
Cookie may be the newest addition to this well worn trope but she is definitely the most audacious. As the leading lady of the new hit show EMPIRE, Cookie is like DYNASTY vixen Alexis if she had been born and raised on the mean streets of North Philadelphia. And the raw energy that Taraji P. Henson brings to the role is seemingly enough to power a small apartment complex.
