Amends – Buffy the Vampire Slayer

I am a Buffy/Angel fan (Spike and Buffy was a disaster that never should have happened and signaled the jumping of the shark for the show in my opinion) and this holiday themed episode pinpoints why those two were the de facto tortured relationship for this show. The First Evil pays a special visit to Sunnydale to torment Angel by taking the form of people he has murdered (most notably Jenny Calendar) as a way to manipulate Angel into killing Buffy. And if the ending doesn’t pull at the heartstrings of even the most soulless individual then I don’t know what will.
