Will The Man of Steel Sequel Have a Black Lex Luthor?

Lex-Luthor
There is a rumor floating around that Warner brothers has opened up the casting call for Lex Luthor in the Batman vs Superman/Man of Steel sequel movie to include black actors. This would be a huge casting move, though not unprecedented in the annals of comic book movies with characters like Nick fury and The Kingpin being changed from white to black in the transfer from page to screen. Cranston was on my list of candidates for the gig so I am going to be quite pleased if this turns out to be true. I wonder how Cranston’s hiring will effect the opinions of the rabid anti-Affleck freak shows.

This Man Might Be The New Batman

According to a story floating around, 47-year old actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan had a meeting with MAN OF STEEL director Zack Snyder about the Superman vs Batman movie. If true this would lend some credence to the rumor that Snyder is looking to go with a more seasoned Batman who has been in the costume for a while and is more of the grizzled version of Batman from the DARK KNIGHT comics. Morgan also has past history with Snyder having played The Comedian in the WATCHMEN movie. Of course this could all be nonsense and Morgan’s name is just being … Continue reading This Man Might Be The New Batman
