Incredibles 2 – Good, Bad & Ugly Review

Everyone’s favorite family of superheroes is back in “Incredibles 2”–but this time Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voice of Huck Milner) to navigate the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life. It’s a tough transition for everyone, made tougher by the fact that the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack’s emerging superpowers. When a new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again–which is easier said than done, even when they’re all Incredible. – (Source)

Guardians of the Galaxy Goodies

Guardians_of_the_galaxy
Of all the Marvel Comics properties Disney could have put into production, The Guardians of the Galaxy had to have been the last one anybody thought would actually happen. As a fan of the GOTG I was admittedly a little geeked out and as dribs and drabs of pics and info get’s leaked my excitement is growing and growing.

The Daily Nerdgasm: My Kind Of Fillibuster

podisneysw
Patton Oswalt‘s appearance on this past Thursday’s PARKS & RECREATION featured oswalt doing a fully improvised fillibuster of the Pawnee City Council using his fan-fiction of what the upcoming Disney version of STAR WARS should be like in a screed of geekily epic proportions. I have to ding him for calling the X-men’s plane a Quinjet though.
But he was right about one thing…when you are looking for A-list super heroes the first name on the list should be Moon Knight.
