Joseph Wilson
In The Comics: Joseph Wilson is the son of Slade Wilson better known as the mercenary Deathstroke. When Joe was a child one of Wilson’s enemies kidnapped the boy and slit his throat, severing his vocal cords and rendering him mute. Joe was also a metahuman who had the ability to possess other people’s bodies after making eye contact with them. Calling himself Jericho, Joe joined the Teen Titans and was a member in good standing for years until he went insane and tried to kill everyone who had ever been a Titan.
On The Show: Slade Wilson has mentioned his son Joe by name several times in the flashback scenes of ARROW. Now that Slade is in Starling City making Oliver’s life miserable it is possible that his estranged son may make an appearance sometime soon.
What I’d Like To See: I would introduce Joe as a government agent (maybe with ARGUS or the DEO) who has spent the bulk of his career working to bring his father to justice. Hearing about Slade’s arrival in Starling City, Joe would come there to finally end his father’s criminal enterprises. His vendetta would bring him into contact with “Team Arrow” and while working them he would begin to become attracted to Felicity Smoake which would drive Oliver absolutely batty.
